Shipping 

We aim to ship your order within 1 - 2 business days. This may extend if we are particularly busy with orders, but you will always get an update if this is the case. 

All orders are shipped via NZ Post. 

Please get in touch if you are trying to meet a particular deadline and we will do everything we can to help. 

Photo Quality

We do some editing of your photos to make them best fit the magnet size and shape, as well as improving colour or sharpness where we can. 

But we are not strictly a photo retouching service, so any edits are basic and are restricted by the original quality of the photo you send us.
